Chosen Object: Mesh Reconstruction.

Process of Reconstruction:

Stage1: Import into Meshlab.
Imported point cloud from photosynth, as evident the photosynth has detected loosely scattered feature points of the background, these creates unnecessary vertices which will affect the reconstruction process hence needs to be deleted.

Stage2: Cleaning unnecessary vertices.
Cleaned up point cloud with the remaining vertices of the object, each point carries the texture colour that appears to recreate the whole bag from a distance.

Stage3: Reconstruction.
Reconstructed mesh with the octree depth set to 11, it produced a fairly accurate representation of the bag, however due to the lack of photographic detail of the bottom and right side of the bag, the recreated mesh in this region have no texture.

Stage4: Import into 3ds max.
Imported textured obj into max, ready for further modification of mesh.

Stage5: Comparison.
From the comparison to the original bag in real life, the photosynth model provided me with a fairly accurate representation based on the amount of details on the bag, the applied texture helped enhance the photo realistic quality of the model.
